I have been doing them once a day instead of twice. It's been 3 weeks or so but I'm down .5". It comes with a sauna wrap but I found it to be cheap so I used plastic wrap and laid on a heating pad. I lost when I changed the wrap and added heat.

If you did the wraps as the instructions suggests, you may get better results.

And as always, proper diet and exercise are essential.

I'm ordering some tomorrow but i don't know if I'm going to use it. i don't want it to interfere with the other herbs I'm using...anything that's applied on the skin enters the blood stream....not too sure ...i really wanna use it been waitin to buy it:-/

Finally I bought the cafe tummy cream and women's enhancement oil..it's suppose to increase the feelings durin love making and help u get orgasms...would be nice to have one THIS lifetime.. I think my items should arrive Thursday or Friday...last time it took 4 Days to get here...

I hope that all works out for you! I wasn't impressed with the tummy cream. The enhancement oil sounds promising though.
