Winers, twerkers, hip rollers etc.

How did you learn how to dance? Im so stiff and i have no strength in my legs.

I want to learn how to dance like this. i watched plenty of vids but i still dont get it.

wining is ez..hip rolling ez..

start from anywhere even if you feel like you cannot move your body..just wine and loosen your body..you will get the motion


but I have not mastered each cheek movement..that is soooo hard to me..

This.

I don't twerk AT ALL but wining is super easy. Like Nijjah said, it's hip rolling, but with a few pops. IMO it's got an extra bounce to it beyond just a simple hip roll.

I can do the each cheek but if i try doing it quicker the other starts to follow
