I think I was one of the late ppl in my class at 17
I had to get on it.
Many of them had licenses at 15.

I loved driving to school

@Nita, i think it is just laziness and/or lack of motivation. I went to HS in the suburbs and all my white friends were getting their license at 16 and i did not want to feel left out. they motivated me to get mine.

i always find it funny the women who dont have licenses/cars and refuse to date men who dont either.

Me too. Like cooking, it's a life skill. I'll never understand the people who know how to drive and don't have a license. If that isn't the most backwards sh*t ever.

I can't stand people of driving age who wont get a license, but want you to drive them around. I get asked for a ride damn near everyday:

"I'm good, just getting used to motherhood. I wanted to ask you. If they still give me food stamps do you think you can take me to the grocery store?"

I am about to flag her ass as spam.

Not for me. I had a permit and took lessons at 16, but if I had gotten my license then my mother would had to have added me to the insurance and we couldn't afford that at the time.

Now I just have a license with no car. The metro is pretty decent, though.

@ skittles, a license with no car is understandable.

then there are those who dont even have a learner's permit. using their birth certificates to get into the club and shyt. LOL
