have you lived in NYC most of ur life? i find that alot of people who grow up in the city dont have a license and/or arent pressed to get one, which makes sense cuz of the public transportation system.

I got mines at 18. Only because i moved to florida and needed to drive to survive. otherwise if i stayed in NYC i probably wouldnt need one.

almost 15 years ago. I would like to know OP's answer to for non NY ppl. Is it just laziness?

I can't stand people of driving age who wont get a license, but want you to drive them around. I get asked for a ride damn near everyday:

"I'm good,just getting used to motherhood. I wanted to ask you. If they still give me food stamps do you think you can take me to the grocery store?"

I am about to flag her ass as spam.
