And to answer your question: my children will be given sex education throughout their lives, starting at an early age ( waaay before they even hit puberty).

Having open and honest communications is key.

Starting at an early age with open and honest dialogue keeps the doors of communication open, and it increases the chances of them coming to you when they are hormone-raged teenagers and want to talk about to you about sex.

FYI: Studies show that majority of  children learn about sex from their friends (who are also uneducated on the topic) and from pornography. Both are bad sources to get one's sex education from.

ClapYUP. As they get older the conversations change, but I started extremely early. The other day my 12 year old was randomly rapping (well more like rhyming). He rhymed Aboriginal with VAGINAL!!! Me and hubby just busted out laughing. He looked at us all confused. We had to explain what vaginal meant. He knows what a vagina is, but didn't correlate it with Vaginal. It was a learning experience for him.LOL Don't judge my baby!!!!!!
