I would stress the importance of NEVER ejaculating in a girl, unless you are both tested and with someone you not only trust, but are willing to be financially obligated to for 18-25 years. I would remind him that a decision like that is not a wise one to make as a child or worth the risk. It can cost him a life time of health concerns. Then I'd let him know that I'd be disappointed if he did, regardless of the outcome.
If he was gay, I'd really stress it, because depending on what he does, transmission risks increase drastically.

OMG, thanks nita. I totally forgot about masturbation. I dont remember when I started, but my mom caught me at 5. Im stuck on going over the actual act of sex. Im Christian.

In that case, it would be good to teach christian principles at the same time. Talk about the faith based consequences and expectations as well.
