Okay I know this has probably been answered a million times but I just don't know where to start. I've seen people's progress pictures with taking maca or fish oil to make their booty bigger, but they mostly had an ass to start with. I'm afraid these things won't even work for me. My ass looks similiar to this: 

but what will work to get me to this: 

should i use maca, fish oil, saw palmetto, there's too many things I've read about that could help. Please help my box ass!!!Cry

Saw palmetto wont give u a bigger butt...maybe bigger boobs and thicker thighs ...your Better off tryin fish oil

Maca balances your hormones...it has helped ladies gain bigger butt and fuller boobs..makes the weight go to the right places. but it makes you gain all over...some women complain about a bigger belly...you should exercise while taking it..

Lift weights, lift heavy, eat at a surplus, drink your water, and be patient.

my butt was smaller then the before pic, and while im no where near the continent in which the after pic is. My butt has increased by using the information on this site. So probably just read through the threads.

Squat with weights 2-3 times a week. Do low repetitions (say 4 sets of 6 repetitions) with as much weight as you can lift. Make sure to do it right to not hurt your back and knees!!
Take protein shakes before and after working out.
Eat! You need to feed yourself or else you'll just have a hard butt, not a bigger butt! I work out but sometimes I neglect myself and don't eat enough and my booty decreased an inch in size Cry
Try fish oil: rub two open capsules of fish oil on each butt cheek and wrap your butt with saran wrap. Some girls gained 4 inches doing that in 2 months! The only fish oil that I know that doesn't smell bad is the Spring Valley fish oil 1200mg that you ca find on walmart in a pack of 2.

Weight train all the way even if you arent using big weights. Thats how my booty looked starting out and for like a year i lifted with just a backpack full of heavy stuff w/ weights and it built up my bum. You just need those beginner muscles :D there is a workout on youtube called Kim Kardashian butt in 4 minutes, it requires just your body weight and a chair. Great workout and itll leave you SORE!!!

Tiffany Rothe also has a lot of workouts thatll give you an hourglass shape
