I'm definitely frugal.  People always think that I spend way more money on clothes than I do.  I am very picky as to where I shop though.  There are certain store that I will absoultely not walk in to.

I'm cheap but I've never had to ask a friend to lend me rent money like some chicks I know. Spending less than you have or need to is smart. Ride the bus.

I like to save money where I can with coupons or shopping around before committing to purchases.
Just ordered some MK heels that I saw in Macy's for $98 but found on Ebay for $65!

However because I work in retail, I cannot stand the people who try to haggle or pry deals/sales info out of me.
They don't inform us of sales ahead of time.
I can't change the price of something.
You don't get a discount because it was on a display.
If you don't want to pay that, kindly leave.

I am not frugal when it comes to services such as my hair or nails or makeup b/c I am often disatisfied and stressed out in the end. Do not get me wrong, i do not go to the most expensive spots but I will never go to the dirt cheap spots to save a buck. 

If I can afford it, I'll do it myself. 

However........I am pretty frugal when it comes to clothes. I go thrifting and I know how to put cheap pieces together to look good.
