that passively aggressively laughs every time you want to get your point across?

I have a relative like this. She will basically say anything offensive she wants to me and thinks she's getting away with it because she's laughing while doing it. It's annoying Ermm

and yet I am jealous. I wish I could pretend to be sweet and lighthearted while actually being blunt and ratchet Disapprove

yeah I know folks like this.  alot of them simply don't want confrontation but want to say what they need to say without an argument or fight.  It gets on your nerves but have u cussed her out when she says what she says and laughs it off?
