I used to drink 2 tablespoons per day and it would really help lighten periods and cramps, I stopped after a while because it was just too much. I've also used it as a toner but I couldn't stand the smell so I stopped

That is how I felt when I took a shot of it straight on an empty stomach.. And I have a very strong stomach..
