I plan to attend a meeting in 3 days but I wanna start now.
For those on it, could you tell me how many points I need a day?
I forget the questions they ask to determine this but my stats are;

193 lbs
5 feet
stay at home mom
age 31
nursing  mom

I forget what else they ask. Thank you to whoever can help.

I am doing it alone and so far it is going great! I would love to buddy up with you if you are interested. Please shoot me a pm if you would like to team up. I actually stayed in my points range on day one yay!! I have already lost 3 lbs since I started!! Since fruits and veggies are now 0 zero points it is much easier for me to stick to this. I am also trying to do at least 20 min of activity a day!
