My belly is my biggest issue but the worst part is that most of my stomach fat is in the lower area (below the belly button ). Anyone else have this issue and/or have any tips to help with this area?

Spinning (stationary bike) will help.

Reverse Crunches:

  1. Lie on the floor and place hands behind the head.
  2. Bring your knees in towards the chest until they form a 90 degrees angle with the floor
  3. Lift your lower back off the floor, reaching the legs up towards the ceiling.
  4. Perform really small movements

It won't be easy but you will see a difference in a short period of time. Also you will really feel it if you do it correctly

Thank you! I saw something about reverse crunches somewhere else and wondered how they were done.

No idea, never heard of somebody having their muscles being separated.

I have the same problem!

I have the app on my phone that provides me with crunches exercises, but I always feel like I'm doing them wrong. For some reason, I can't get the "lifting with your core, not your back" concept.

I have one of those too. Daily Ab Workout I think its call. I can't quite get the hang of it either. I always feel like my form is wrong.
