OK! Big smile I thought if my form was off then I wouldn't see any results. I keep trying them and just pray I do 50% of them the right way.

You can't loose weight in only one area. Aim to loose weight by cutting carbs while working muscles in that area to bring them forward.

You can strenghten muscles all day...but if there's fat in front of them they will never show.

I'm trying to loose mine too. It's definately a trouble area.

I agree with texasmami, the most important thing is cutting back on carbs. I've seen results, especially in by abs, with doing that along with any cardio exercise

To cut down the belly fat do ab workouts everyday and squeeze in some cardio.

  1. Lie on the floor and place hands behind the head.
  2. Bring your knees in towards the chest until they form a 90 degrees angle with the floor

  4. Perform really small movements

It won't be easy but you will see a difference in a short period of time. Also you will really feel it if you do it correctly

Reverse crunches are hard but they work.

Reduce Carbs/wheat/gluten
Add good fats to your diet (grass fed butter/coconut oil)
Lean Meats/fish
Veggies
Drink 1/2 your body weight in water
Get 7-8 hours sleep
Do all of the above to become a fat burner and consider waist training while you reduce your overall bodyfat to sculpt the shape you want.
