My belly is my biggest issue but the worst part is that most of my stomach fat is in the lower area (below the belly button ). Anyone else have this issue and/or have any tips to help with this area? |
To cut down the belly fat do ab workouts everyday and squeeze in some cardio.

I agree with texasmami, the most important thing is cutting back on carbs. I've seen results, especially in by abs, with doing that along with any cardio exercise

You can't loose weight in only one area. Aim to loose weight by cutting carbs while working muscles in that area to bring them forward.
You can strenghten muscles all day...but if there's fat in front of them they will never show.
I'm trying to loose mine too. It's definately a trouble area.

OK! I thought if my form was off then I wouldn't see any results. I keep trying them and just pray I do 50% of them the right way.

I have one of those too. Daily Ab Workout I think its call. I can't quite get the hang of it either. I always feel like my form is wrong.

I have the same problem! I have the app on my phone that provides me with crunches exercises, but I always feel like I'm doing them wrong. For some reason, I can't get the "lifting with your core, not your back" concept.

Reverse Crunches:
- Lie on the floor and place hands behind the head.
- Bring your knees in towards the chest until they form a 90 degrees angle with the floor
- Lift your lower back off the floor, reaching the legs up towards the ceiling.
- Perform really small movements
It won't be easy but you will see a difference in a short period of time. Also you will really feel it if you do it correctly

I will try this but is it beneficial if the stomach muscles re already seperated??
