that successfully gained weight in their lower half? I want to start weight training and eating more calories but im afraid the weight lifting will make my bum too firm, and the excess calories will still go to my belly. I cant try any herbs. I just want more meat on my bones/softness to my body

Well I'm an inverted triangle too but the fat does go to my booty (I'm at 37 inches atm) and thighs naturally and fills them out...even when I was working out consistently, my booty was never too 'hard', just firm and a bit jiggly.
ETA: you can't make your body gain fat where it doesn't go naturally but you can definitely create a curvier lower body with weightlifting. Your booty will never get "bodybuilder" hard because us ladies have a naturally higher bodyfat % anyway so I don't think you'll get a 'ripped' booty at all.
I don't think you'll get too much weight in your stomach because you only need about 200 extra calories in order to build muscle. Stomach vacuums will also strengthen your core and make it look flatter anyway. Check out this site for exercises and tips:

Alot of track runners are inverted triangles with booty
I used to be an inverted triangle and always had a booty
A flat booty isn't necessarily a IT trait
