I used 2x because I needed to go to an event. I just watched my skin
very closely. However during that time I did not go outdoors too much.
If I did go out it was with sunscreen and when the sun was not so
blazing.

I used papaya soap. No scrubbing just a light lather then rinsed.

Yes that would be a good cleanser to use. I used that retinol just to accelerate the peeling process. Some people of the other forum used actual retinol but i did not want anything so strong. Nor did I want to order anymore products. See I tried it and it work pretty good for me.

Retinol works pretty good for dark spots but is very drying. And you have to build up to it. I figured the one from MUAC was not as strong as the RX strength.

I got them for the grocery store. I like to save so I can spend
elsewhere lol. I just used extra virgin olive oil. Do you have any other
oils at home ? Or shea butter? Don't put the oil on if you have to go
out doors.

I am not sure if oil or shea butter would have a bad effect on acne. Try and googled around to see what acne users have used. I actually read up on it on acne site as well. Can't remember what will try and search in my bookmarks.
