You dont have to answer these questions if you dont want to, its just to get you thinking a little more deeply about the possibility of an underlying reason for your symptoms.
Also, like another person said certain foods can worsen your symptoms, definitely stay away from caffeine for a little while.

+1. I would say you really need to see a doctor. I've been dealing with anxiety since my teens.. and off and on medication for it. There are a lot of natural methods you can also use.. Do a little research. I used to take a supplement called True Calm (it can be found on Amazon) and it helped when I wasn't on medication.

I've had anxiety too but slowing down (meditating, hot baths, deep breaths) has helped me a lot.
