I would recommend seeing a therapist. You may have an underlying emotional issue that you arent acknowledging or even aware of. Have you experienced a major life event within the last year? I don't think so, most recently my bf moved to VA for a job. Do you tend to allow yourself to experience sadness/anger/grief without restriction or do you hold things in? I'm pretty sure I hold things in Do you talk to trustworthy individuals when experiencing distress? Not really

1. Is everything okay in your relationship? (Yes or no will suffice, I wont question further)
2./3. Is there anything particular reason why you prefer to hold things in/keep to it yourself rather than experiencing the emotion/seeking support from friends/family?
You dont have to answer these questions if you dont want to, its just to get you thinking a little more deeply about the possibility of an underlying reason for your symptoms.
Also, like another person said certain foods can worsen your symptoms, definitely stay away from caffeine for a little while.
