Anti-Gay Marriage GOP Candidate, Steve Wiles Outed As A Drag Queen

WHEN WILL THE IRONY END?! Steve Wiles, a
candidate for the senate in North Carolina and an anti-gay marriage
advocate, was once well-known as drag queen ~extraordinaire~ Mona
Sinclair. Clearly, homeboy forgot the golden rule of drag: Once a queen,
always a queen.
Wiles, whose decision to support North Carolina’s constitutional amendment against same-sex marriage has led people to believe that he’s anti-gay, was called out by Randy Duggins, the owner of Club Odyssey, who told the Winston-Salem Journal
that he recognized Wiles after seeing his photo in the paper. We’re not
trying to “out” Wiles here, we don’t know (or care, frankly) about his
sexuality, we just think that if you were once a member of the gay
community then you should be sensitive to its rights.
Wiles initially denied getting his eleganza extravaganza on, but later apologized
and blamed his stint as Mona on the 20-something job struggle, “I’d
like to apologize to everyone, because, unlike the currently appointed
NC Senator in District 31, I made mistakes,” he wrote. “My job was
embarrassing — I had to have a job!” AND IF YOU GOTTA WORK, WERK.

Steve Wiles is running for state senate in a
primary election on May 6, and allllll we’re saying is that a lip
syncing social campaign would be put him way ahead the curve. JUST ASK
RUPAUL. Both his Twitter account and Facebook page have been suspended
in the wake of the news.
RIP Mona Sinclair.
Guess Cover Girl didn’t do much to cover up the boy.
