What I find funny is these women are not really lifting heavy.....I did a lil research and they are using weight that look large but are light.....they are lifting like 40lbs-45lb which is a toddler......none of this is heavy.....so point made...actual heavy lifting is not good while pregnant.......they stay doing the most....

it will make a big difference..

people wouldnt be so consistent in the gym 5 days a week for months, and years if they didnt need to for their goals.. consistency is important. like i said they shouldnt go hard but i think they know their limits.

and cosign what hunnyb said.

Yes it is, and I never said they shouldnt workout at all. Working out daily, albeit more moderately is still working out consistently.

It's fine.

The human body is capable of so much more than we know in the modern world.

I mean from 170---75 pounds...how is that NOT taking it easy for HER body? For my body that might be a lot but for her it's not.  Seems like she's taking precautions.

I know when I'm in yoga there are a few poses the instructor will say not to do if you're menstruating or pregnant so even yoga [which ppl don't consider strenuous but can be] has its dangers.

When I'm pregnant I hope I can maintain a good level of activity.  Women around the world did and still do a lot of sh*t while pregnant and yes, it might include lifting some heavy stuff.

Y'all would die if y'all would have seen my homegirl during her pregnancy. She danced, worked out and tumbled(backflips, halfs, fulls, you name it) full-time throughout her pregnancy.
