Confusedsince when do women need to press and squat 50lb weights to stay in shape during pregnancy? since when does moderate exercise and eating healthy not enough to stave off extra weight?

some people arent just worried about staving off extra weight.. some people want to maintain definition, strength, mass, etc.. 

i can see how someone who is used to the muscle that theyve worked hard for.. not wanting to go into simple cardio/10 pound ish for 9 months…

You can do that with moderate exercise and weights

a person like her is not gonna maintain their strength and definition (for the record.. i dont think they wanna maintain all of it.. they know they'll lose some.. thats a given.. but they wanna do what they can)
 while going waaaaay lower in weight and eating for 2 and no protein powder or supps.. 

i think their babies are their first priority and they know what is too much.
