yeah but even the squats sometimes have me like, damn lol

but I figure since she (the fit foodie woman) is really fit and goes to the doctor regularly it's okay for her

I don't plan on lifting anything more than a utensil to my mouth when need be lol

for the woman in the OP this is her 3rd baby and she has been doing crossfit for over 2 years

so her body is used to her workouts

I was also trying to read more on dealifts and pregnancy but I haven't come across a site that had good medical advice lol. Meaning most talked about general lifting and said in moderation and modification it can be okay.

I have no problem taking info that says never deadlift or weight train but I think it is still on a case by case basis

here is the lady in the OP

Son Skyler – who weighed in at 3.2kg (7lb 3oz) – is ‘the perfect infant’, said the proud mother, who already has an eight-year-old and a 12-year-old.

I'm much more worried about the pregnant women who drink, smoke, take prescription and nonprescription drugs, and eat copious amounts of straight up crap.

And when did women become so soft? Many women around the world, even today, do pretty strenuous physical activity while pregnant and birth healthy babies.

BHM can't lift weights now?
My arms broke?

I wouldn't be lifting when I'm pregnant.
I'd stick to cardio....but that's just me.
