I used Bragg Liquid Aminos too and it helped me a lot also! I only flat ironed after it one time. The other times I just mixed it in yogurt like Cherry Lola or mixed it in conditioners. I just added some Bragg Liquid Aminos to all my bottles of conditioners for a while last year. It helps a LOT with tangling and actually helps to make the hair stronger. So now Bragg Liquid Aminos is a regular part of my hair regimen for the past year. I notice when I stop using it for a minute, the tangles mess with me more. Thanks for reminding me of this. I guess had been wanting to try it mixed in a leave in too! And yes the silk aminos from lotioncrafter would work too. Probably would be better for a leave in so you don't smell like soy sauce
A good idea for a leave in is some silk aminos, and aloe vera and some oil. You could add vegetable glycerine too i you are not using heat that time.
It has made going natural a LOT easier in general.

I bought 2 bottle of liquid aminoacid and added it to my cowashing conditioner. My hair clumps and tangles are pratically gone. I added it to my DC mix now. It made my hair clump too, and breakage is gone during hair manipulation. I always add some ACV to my Amino Acid too, smoothest hair ever.

If I add it to my conditioner and DC for a couple of hours, what effect will it have on my hair? Also, how much do you add?

So are y'all still doing the blow drying part with it in?? Do I need to brush my hair out while blow drying with it on??? Or can I skip blow drying with it on?

Does this affect on light, or cool toned hair? I used to use Black Strap Molasses in my DC, but it gave my hair unwanted warm tones.

I ordered it off of Amazon for like 11 dollars and it was damage during transit so they gave me a refund, crazy thing I went to the grocery store same day and found it for like 5 dollars. score. But I did not have crazy results, I just put it in my conditioner though I didn't blow dry it into my hair or anything

@ Bribby, you bond the aminos to the hair with heat. If you did not use any you wont see any effect. Cuc a Bugz Silk Pressing Cream has amino acids in it also

Amino acids make up polypeptides. Polypeptides make up proteins. |
mmmm now it makes sense why this worked... i
couldn't find the Alter Ego garlic mask conditioner that OP used, only
the hot oil. I am going to get some braggs amino acids
