No, not when thin black everyday black girls are told to eat a sandwich, "dont nobody want a bone but a dog", "looks like a crackhead", and the standard of beauty in our community is not a slender size 2 or even an athletic figure like Pilar Sanders. Skinny girls get teased as well, its not just the big ones. It may be a little more acceptable to be skinny because clothes look cuter on you and if you hang out with yt folks they might envy your figure, but for regular black people if you smaller than a size 4 or even 6 people arent that nice to you either

If eating is anything like smoking I have no shade to throw. A couple nights ago I had a dream I was smoking and been struggling ever since. Some things are much easier said than done.

i just don't get the 'lose weight, but don't lose too much' argument sounds like fat women that don't want former fat women to leave them behind.
