for the posters in here saying that it is hard and difficult to lose weight and exercise, are you overweight?
even though I didn't say anything about it being difficult to lose weight, I'll answer the question bc I think that it can be difficult to maintain weight loss for a long period of time. you definitely have to commit to a lifestyle change for it to stick.
for most of my life, I have been in shape. right now, I'm overweight b/c i'm pregnant. I already have people constantly asking about my weight and how much I have gained, that its too much/too little, how fast one should lose after birth, etc. It's really frustrating to have people who don't even know you try to have conversations about a very personal topic, and then b/c of that, have these doubts in your head about your size and how it can really kill your self esteem.
i know my situation and amber's is very different, but I can sympathize with the fact that she has to deal with people, whether that is friends/family/industry people or complete strangers on the internet commenting constantly on how she should look.
I really think that Amber knew going into Hollywood it would be tough because of her size (when she started off, she was a size 8 but considered plus sized
), but actually experiencing it day after day is another thing entirely.
