Dude was clearly trying to help the other guy and the police felt they could shove him. 75% of them are bullies. You can't put your hands on people just because they don't like what you have to say if they aren't threatening you bodily harm.

There was really no excuse for him to be choking the guy like that. He wasn't resisting/fighting back until it looked like his life may be in danger.

OMG THAT IS TERRIBLE!!!! that officer was hyped from the get go. Ugh they were too rough and I don't blame that boy for fighting back. It's a shame that people put on a blue suit and feel they can do WHATEVER they feel like. And this is coming from a girl who was raised by the law.
