To pass my free time, I like to answer questions on Yahoo! Answers.
Occasionally I run across the top answerer in the Hair section "Sur La Mer" Some asian lady.
And whenever someone asks about relaxers or sew in extensions, she goes crazy and leaves long responses and sometimes talks about how she watched the movie "Good Hair" so I guess now she's an expert on our hair now.

I posted this in this section because she specificaly is talking about sew ins and I know most of us in this section get sew ins.

Am I irrationally annoyed? Every time I see her talk about "African American" hair it irks me.

The Average white person Definition of a Sew in . Stern Smile

Hair extensions can cause some damage to your real hair," says Placid Braganza, a design artiste. "Since they are attached using thermal heat, knotting, braiding or gluing, they can hamper hair roots or even break, split or burn hair strands if not done carefully," he adds.
