OK. I have seen so many woman over the 25 yrs as a nurse . We automatically think cancer . I was one of the women. Ask the call nurse to inform the doctor you will be at the office when He opens . I would never try to speak to you as a doctor . Can you take anything tonight to help you rest ?

If it "came out of nowhere"

It is most likely NOT cancer. STAY OFF GOOGLE. I have fibrocystic breast and google sent me up the wall. 
Take a deep breath and relax. It may very well be a cyst that ruptured. 
Does the lump seem to move around a bit when you push it?

Yes. Stay off Google. I've been saying "Stay off Google" since Ms. SDY posted it. lmao. I was on the verge of calling my whole family and screaming into the phone "Ima bout ta die"

Then it's a high chance it's not cancerous [What my Doc told me] mines moved around a little as well.
