Usually that person has said or done something to upset people but that person refuses to admit or acknowledge this behavior and when folks give her the cold shoulder.. all of a sudden they are treating her bad because she are black. Like that is the only reason. It's called a Passive Agressive personality type.
 
In fact, I have witnessed this exact same scenario several times in my career so when I see that a black person has pulled some kind of 'number' in the office ... I back off because I know it's gonna go south quick and I don't want to be caught in the middle of it.
 
You are making this post to us - a bunch of strangers so we can tell you that you are an innocent person that is being messed over JUST because you are black. Maybe this is true but I say look to yourself as the instigator of this behavior.
