Maybe its just me but I feel that when it comes to make-up, unless your skin is flawless and even, you should not go out with eyeshadow and lipstick on without foundation and such. Itjustdoesn't make since to me. I told my friend this yesterday while we were discussinkeup & she said I was crazy. It just looks tacky to me if you have dark spots & under eye bags ansd darkness and you just slap some shadow and gloss on. Does anyone agree with me or am I crazy?

Sorry for any spelling or grammatical errors, I'm posting from my phone.

I agree. No point in wearing lipstick while your face looks a mess.

I dont' think foundation is a must have to wear makeup.
I like foundation but sometimes it's makes me look too dressed up. Especially during the day. I used to be really self conscious about wearing concealer & foundation.

I think it depends on the persons skin. I have never worn foundation but, with some make up looks flawless looking skin is a must. If I wear make up I usually just wear mascara blush and lip gloss.

I agree, if you're going to put on some eyeshadow, at least place some concealer on any undereye circles or blemishes on the skin. To me it just looks unfinished, just like those people who wear false eyelashes with no other makeup on, i just don't get it...

I actually agree to an extent. Because of how dramatic such things are, they may pop out more on a makeup-less face purely because of contrast. A little foundation and concealer smooths everything out.

I don't think you need to do a full look every time though, but as long as everything is polished, cool cool. You can have a natural face but smooth it out a little with concealer and powder to set and you're cool.

Some can even pull off a natural-looking face and red lipstick.

LOL I actually do this. I don't wear makeup to work because I spend most of my time in a warehouse and I sweat a lot...so when I wear fake lashes I have a makeup-less face...at work...so my situation does not count

Same here. It's usually a simple wash of shimmer eyeshadow, mascara, fill in m brows and mabye lipstick. Done in 3 minutes and no complaintsLOL. Everytime I've tried putting full makeup on, I didn't feel like myself and would want to take it off as soon as possible.Dead
