The lady who Charlize Theron played in the movie Monster.

Have y'all ever seen this documentary. It's pretty good. She gives some...interesting interviews.

Well the situation and her childhood is very sad, but herself is funny,

The legal system did screw her IMO. I do believe many of those guys did abuse her and that the police/judges etc were using her story for money. Maybe I am believing the Hollywood version though.

yes-- maybe on ifc or sundance.

she was also featured in a segment on the show "most evil"in which dr michael stone (forensic psychologist) of columbia u used his own created scale to categorize "evil".

ff to 26:15 for her segment, but the whole thing is interesting.

if that's your cup of tea. i'm kinda morbid.

eta: npr article on the stone scale of evil with definitions and an example for each of the 22 types--

I think I saw her story on Forensic Files ... she didn't seem fully mentally capable

has she been executed?

Yeah, I watched the documentary. It was so sad hearing about her life and the way her mother treated her and howshe had to sleep outside in the dead of winter...She never had a chance

Another good one is The Execution of Wanda Jean another HBO doc, Wanda murdered her lesbian lover and they Executed her. Wanda Jean was developmentally disabled too...
