The alien story is loose as hell, but at the same time, is it any surprise? These aliens are working in secret.  Any attempt to discuss their abductions quickly gets dismissed as a symptom of dishonesty or psychosis.

I hate when series draaag out these story lines. There's been no mention of that guy's dead wife for a few episodes. I just want to know what happened! What's gonna happen to Anne Frank? Ain't there only 1 or 2 episodes left?

I think she is Anne.
How else would she have known about the doctor?
The same way they had to fabricate a life for the doctor, they probably did for Anne.

naw, jude confirmed it wasn't and when they did the flashbacks you seen the wife with all the newspaper clippings and such.
but you could be right. i halfassedly watch all these shows anyway.

At the end of that episode, when she was taking down the clippings, there was a pic of the young doctor standing behind Hitler. Once she found out his name, she probably read different the accounts of Holocaust survivors that mentioned his name.

Man, any chance of the doctor being exposed is now nullified unless Sister Satan wants to cause extra chaos and backstab him.
I actually hope so, he deserves that greatly.
