I have not had one thing to eat today.. I might as well be intermittent fasting. I feel fatter today, so I don’t want to step on the schedule. I’ll be back!

But confession, I’ve basically been starving myself. Not intentionally of course. But when I’m out I will have a salad instead of a hearty steak. I don’t want pasta because it’s too many carbs and I know my body just don’t like that ish.

I always have my breakfast smoothie.. tons of water. (At least 6-7 bottles, if not a whole gallon)! And a salad of some sort.

I have not been reaching my flexibility goals.

Okay okay. At 206 again! I won’t mess this up!! But meat has been tempting me...! And Lawd the overeating. I tried a new class with my friend and felt quite good after it.

But those wings were delicious. I need to do my Assignments
Haven’t done yoga in a while, will do it a little later when it’s cooler outside. Today is a super hot day.. reminds me that summer is around the corner.

Today’s plan: drink smoothies and stay away from any junk food.
Write 3 pages in assignments and read for the rest of the night.

Affirmation: I am flexible and mindful.
