Went to gym today, switched up my regiment a bit, did stairs 10 mins, chest, back, biceps, triceps and abs.

I fell all the way off the wagon, ladies. It all started with that piece of chocolate candy - that I had no business eating - and seemed to spiral down from there. Normally, I would wait until the start of a new week to begin; however, I am in a crunch for time. I'm trying meet my goal by the first week of December. So, I'm going to dust myself off and try to work off those bad calories.

Although this has been a pretty rough week for me, I'm happy to say that I managed to lose 5 pounds! (Not in a week, but since starting my WLJ). The numbers on the scale was enough motivation for me to keep going! We can do this, ladies!

I been slacking too!  Since I started here I lost 3lbs and half an inch off my waist and gained half an inch on my butt/hips. The upcoming holidays will be my biggest challenge. I'm setting my self a goal of 6-10 lbs a month. I need to get used to hitting the gym solo since I can never find a reliable gym buddy. I wanna be in a two piece by summer!
I plan to cardio at least a hour a day, and weight train twice a week.
