Hey ladies I'm feeling better! I got in my first run today and it felt amazing.
@J_Shawty I feel you. I have about 400 math problems due by friday plus 3 other classes to focus on too.

no more classes for awhile so for now strength training. 5 reps of 25 on the leg extention

I worked out for 20 mins tonight even tho I really didnt want to. But I need working out to become discipline and habit so I gotta stick to it.

Today i did 10 mins running straight!! it has been a long time since i have done that, abs, crunches and 1 hour of Les mills bodypump!! wow, its been crazy, but i feel like my arms fail me at times :-) as for weight loss i dont seem to be losing anything more like gaining weight..

So proud of myself, and I feel great. I have been slacking lately with being consistant but I can't fail myself anymore. This feeling is worth it. So usually I do about 20 mins of walking with my dog, which I have for the past two months. But yesterday was THE WORST EVER. No matter where I walked there was always a sworms of nets so for 15 mins I had to cover my face so I wouldn't eat a net or they wouldn't go into my eyes smh it was bad so I decided I was going to go to the gym in my apartment building. I did 15 mins of the elliptical then 10 mins on the bicycle. So I did 45 mins of cardio. Then I did my weight training. My stomach is slimming down also cause I'am also doing a colon cleanse so I'am so happy that its back on track I can't let myself  slack

Mmmmmm, Ja, today was the killer!! I did 1 hour of bodypump and 1 hour of boot camp... no wonder they call it boot camp!!! it kicks your behind for sure!!! Gym trainers have no mercy!!!

I've been slacking since I signed up! I have to be sure to post more often.
 
With my school schedule, I don't really have time to go to the gym and most nights I'm too exhausted to even attempt to do any form of exercise. Ouch
