Yah I was thinking of buying it but then my boyfriend said its not practical since you need to put it together and take it apart. SO we decided I'll just get one of those toning balls (is that what its called?)

I have one.

Bought it in November of 2006.

It occassionally collects bags upon bags being put on it.  Occassionally, b/c when I get the inspiration or motivation to work out, I use it.

Honestly, it will do what it says it would.  I can feel it every time I work out.  It is more effective than doing the crunches on the floor, and etc.  And you feel the burn.

But it can give you a slight headache, and after a while you start to avoid it or become reluctant to do it, especially if the results you want are not showing up quick enough.

For the amount of money it ends up being, I don't think anyone should pay that much for it, but it will work if YOU make it work (doing it religiously).

You're welcome KonekoKatt.  Yes, ever since I realized I have the measurements after all, it just needs tweaking, I've been on a mission and gone farther than I ever have pushed myselfLOL.

Cheers to all of us!

I have one and so does my SO. Mine is a coat rack and his is a laundry rack LOL  I have the blue one and he has the grey.

It works but I can't keep going up and down like that and like someone stated, it used to give me headaches so I eventually stopped using it.
