I am okay. Its just vanity issues with me with the PCOS one being this waist of mine but I can still have kids with no problem..I have 2. thank you!!

Sorry if you have tried this already, but Saw Palmetto and Spearmint are herbs that can treat the symptoms of PCOS, i dont have it, but ive researched SP a lot and it always comes up :-)

last year i took the max dose (3000 mg/ 2 pills 3x a day) for a few months and i think it helped me lose weight and a lot of inches off my waist! Sorry to hijack the thread, just thought i would recommend it :-)

^^^ if you have excess androgens in your body ( a symptom of pcos im sure you already know) it contributes to midsection fat, so taking an herb to lower the amount of androgens such as SP or spearmint can def help with tummy fluff given a few months (imo it just takes awhile to work but if you have tried everything else its worth a shot! Has other health benefits for women also!)
