See thats my problem I love me something sweet to eat. I have PCOS too and that makes me insulin resitant which makes sugar and white carbs a major issue for me. And makes the fat go to my stomach...this is me:

the thing is everyone says that I am hourglass. my measurements are 40-35-48. but my love handles are the major problem...what about diary? My major problem in finding something to eat is for breakfast...I hate oatmeal. I eat eggs because of the protein but I dont want to eat it every day.Do you keep your calories in a certain range?  


I can workout with great ease. Its my food intake.Right now I am doing brazil butt lift and Turbo Fire so I workout at least 30-45 mins a day and at most hr-hr 30 mins..Turbo Fire is cardio and the BBL is considered low impact but I be out of breathe. I want to get my waist to a 28-29. I like being thick. I have lost 2lbs this week i dont know how because of the holiday I have been kinda bad. I want to get my weight down 40 lbs. but as long as my waist is 28-29 I am fine. 

I just want to tone my butt and arms and legs. my stomach is my main focus

I  meant to post a pic  I am going to the store and by a water container now...agh! I turn 30 in 3 weeks I am trying to see some change. when u say immedate change how soon?

I think it's supposed to be room temp as to not shock your body. However, I swear by cold water. I lost 50lbs in 2011 and I think that helped a lot. Your body has to heat up cold water and that's an extra workout for you (mind you, not a big one at all), but I honestly think it helped me.

As far as sweets, do you like fruit? I LOVE watermelon and strawberries, and i love sweets as well. I will easily take a piece of watermelon in lieu of cake or chocolate (9 times out of 10 I would say). Having fruit on hand and easily accessible is a great way to satisfy that sweet tooth. Even a drizzle of chocolate or caramel or a small dollop of whip cream wouldn't be as bad as some candies and pastries.

I have a few tips here on weight loss (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U4205xmW5Bw) , but I am still struggling with my tummy as well, but I plan on ending that this year with Russian Twists, planks, and a cleaner diet. :D

certain fruit is bad for me because of the PCOS  and the sugar in them...berries are fine though...not watermelon

Stretch marks,cellulite,saggy boobs they don't care as long as your confident! That statement goes for REAL men tho!

I think most of us do it for us or for other women just to look good.
u right alot of us im including myself are lazy...if i really want to not have this stomach i wouldnt have it. I would stop stress eating...its not like I dont knoww what im doing.

Girl what you stressing over? its about to be a new year,you got this boo! Clean out your fridge and don't buy any junk food or soda! Stress eating is fine when all you can reach for is fruits and veggies! The most important thing is counting your calories and making sure your in a deficient. How you doing with that girl?? Cuz you can eat all the healthly food in the world but if your eating 2000 calories of it when you need 1500 to lose at least 1/2 a pound a week it's not happening! Sucks I know Angry
