Lol do you ladies ever talk about body- type stuff outside of the forum o.o

How have your experiences been explaining your pill reg, diet, and crazy workouts to the fam, SO, friends?

Im just feeling really nosey today :-)

IMO as soon as i start talking about healthy eating, vitamins, and exercise ppl zone out so i dont even bother getting to the part about making ur breasts/ butt bigger...... Oh well, their loss. *evil smile*

At first i felt like i had to hide it from people cause i guess i felt a little ashamed cause i was afraid of what they may say. Things are a little different for me now & i am at a point where i will have no issues  telling anybody what i'm doing, if they ask, cause if i just come out talking about it most people do zone out lol, so i just think F* it- if anyone wants to know, then they'll ask.

^^^^^ Awwwwww yes this forum has soooooooo many good ideas and creative ppl :) i can literally sort my pictures by "before finding bhm" and "after finding bhm". Its like healthy eating, exercise and body enhancement all rolled into one place :) and when a really good topic comes up, everyone comes out of the woodwork to share their opinions! Its cool :-) hope this place never gets slow (At least not slower than it has been ^.^).

I tried telling my sister and she looked at me crazy she was like you're doing too much. UGH no ones understands my motives everyone I try to mention it to says things like you are perfect just the way you are.... I just dont talk about it my mom thinks I'm going through some thangs I told her no mom I'm good. I'm also very grown but none can tell lol because I still look 12. But anywho my WGC is keeping me focused and my 40 in is doing the same. I just cant wait till I see my end results because I am doing this for me and no one else....

Number 1 thing, just keep cutting down on sugar, soda and junk food. I personally know i'll never cut it out completely, but have 1-2 sodas and baking cookies once a week is doable and makes a huge difference than how i used to eat. Not sure if sugar is your issue but from what ive researched it the main cause of midsection fat and fat depositing in weird areas (trust me i know about some lovehandles, and bra strap fat, ohhh yes Disapprove) SOOOOO if thats your weak area and you make tiny efforts to whittle away at your normal sugar intake, itll cause pretty immediate changes to your waist. The fat that tends to get stored there is visceral and your body wants to shed it first. And of course im sure you know cardio will help, if you are already doing some try to change the intensity or type of exercise.

And other big thing is stomach vacuums as often as you can remember.

Whats your diet and exercise reg like?Smile

To more directly answer your question, on an ideal day/ week my reg would be like this:

Breakfast: smallish protein/ maca shake (1/2 c yogurt,1/2c milk, 3g maca, peanut butter, banana, ice cubes) maybe eggs too *****protein keeps blood sugar stable so you want to eat less bad stuff, maca can help with digestion*****

Then go to work or workout so basically do some kind of cardio to burn about 150-200+ calories

Lunch: chicken or fish, beans, rice, water throughout the whole day. Try to stick to room temp

I either go out to another appointment for work or come home and workout so that is another 200 or so calories burned.

Dinner: Try to stay light, i skip dinner sometimes and just have another maca shake. Stick to beans, rice, white meat, protein rich foods, etc. Starchy stuff is fine too, it helps me sleep. I always need at least one bite of something sweet at night :-) but its very controlled most nights

In general i stay away from sugary and junk stuff. I just remind myself "every time i dont eat soda/ chocolate/ sugar/ chips im choosing to have a flat skinny waist"
