Ok, there are about 3 million people in LA...let's say 10,000 are between the ages of 28-35, have a good income, nice thick  ,
non-smokers, good family, intelligent, loyal, romantic and single...Then I would
say the percentage of dating material men for me are less than 1%. If I didn't factor all the goodies then I would say about 20%.... (?)

Quality dating material...just as in, good enough to get a date based on looks and criteria alone...as in, no visible chemistry yet, we haven't dated so we don't know if it will lead somewhere and we're just going on a date
Well at my age (late 50s), probably 5% based on my preferences, 20% not based on my preferences
I'm surprised that young women are so pessimistic. I know it's hard out here but I thought that we were just talking about dating potential, not long-term relationship or marriage material.
