The first hokage is Harshirama Senju, he pretty laid back chilled guy but pissed him off his chakra starts destryoing the ground like Goku LOL and his powers were completely held back because Orochimaru couldn't use his full potential. He smack the red out Madara and the nine tails eyes literally with his ultimate attack.
