We really like karaoke (duets LOL).

Last week we did "Turn Your Lights Down Low" by Bob Marley and Lauren Hill - it was hilarious because we both don't know the words that well, and we did have a slight bit of rum beforehand...

Dude bawled out 'SEXUAL CHOCOLATE', dropped the mic and walked off the stage. Everybody fell out LOLLOLLOL.

We also like 

  • Go-karting (there is an indoor go-kart track around so it's nice for rainy nights)
  • Old-school music night (dancehall music from the 90's)
  • Planetariums / Museums

I like to have dinner at a restaurant with dining on the roof (in the summer)
Ice skating
bowling
dinner and a movie
sometimes just the movie
comedy show
jazz lounge 
walking round the city with dessert
drinks then art gallery
Driving to Niagara falls
Casino
Ordering food and eating it in bed, then playing scrabble or coloring
movie and candle lit dinner at home. Although we have a candle lit dinner at least 2x week

Aww this is a nice idea! 

I like to see live performances-it can be a concert or a restaurant that has live music/bands
I've said this before-I want to go paintballing, 4 wheeling, and/or dirt bike riding as like a double or multi date
I lovvvvvvve walks in the park. It's free, and it's a great way to spend quality time
Mini Golf
D&B or any other game place where adults can hang
Dinner and a movie is cool, but I like to try new places and eat food from new cultures
Museums (anyone near philly-you can visit the PMA on first Sundays for a donation instead of the usual ticket price)
Groupon! They always have things for mixology classes, cooking classes, rock climbing, etc.

I might try Stray Boots.  It's a scavenger hunt where you sign up and it sends clue texts to your phone, so you can explore your city.  I know they have one for DC.  It might be fun in a cheesy way. LOLBig smile

My SO and I do a lot. Adventures (go to a different city, he drives and I tell him random turns to make until we find something cool, usually a restaurant)

hiking
going to a pottery store and making things
touring a brewery/winery...and buying a lot of wine. and consuming it.
rock climbing
shopping...once in a while me and hubby get a couple hrs to buy an outfit for each other and we wear them on a nice dinner date later that night.

I'm pretty simple

I love food so eating out is always great for me

comedy shows are cool

not too into concerts, I prefer small venues

I don't like bowling or playing pool

I do like laser tag, mini golf, go karts, gun range and hookah

I don't do sports, so no sports bars or sporting events

I need to find other ish that I like to do

I was wandering around the internet and found the date night jar.  I think it's a cute idea.  Big smile

It's split up into three categories: red, light pink, and dark pink

I'll paste the blogger's examples.

Red sticks have more expensive dates on them that require planning on our part.

  • Bed and Breakfast
  • Dinner at a fancy restaurant
  • Hotel stay for the night
  • Auburn home game and away game
  • Concert and dinner (his choice)
  • Concert and dinner (my choice)
  • Weekend away
  • Couples Massage

Dark pink sticks have “at home” dates:

  • Chopped Challenge (like the television show on FoodNetwork)
  • Fondue and Almost Famous
  • Takeout and board games
  • 1,000 piece puzzle and pizza
  • Football game and nachos
  • Popcorn and a chick-flick
  • Crosswords and breakfast for dinner
  • Make a dessert together
  • Friday Night Lights marathon
  • Homemade pizzas and an Italian movie

Light Pink dates have things we can do away from home but are less expensive than the red and don’t require as much planning.

  • Dinner and a movie (my choice and his choice)
  • Laser tag and go carts
  • Mexican night at Cocina Superior
  • Drive-In date
  • Dessert only date
  • Window shopping for the house
  • Bowling
  • The Melting Pot
  • Coffee Date


She gave a lot of good ideas and I'm working on my own list.  I'm feeling a little uninspired though.  What do you guys like to do?
