I think those springs are an interesting concept.  Her style of speech has a monotone effect which was hard for me to listen to.

you get 10 springs for $20 on her website.  I'm going to bookmark for future consideration.

Who knew that putting a small, coiled shape weight at the end of your hair would help keep it from shrinking? 

I stopped watching the video halfway through but I would have to agree with Amber about there being other alternatives that have worked before this accessory.
