I don't even have an instagram, and have come across numerous screenshots, and complaints on the way she responds and relates to prospective and past buyers. I've recently had a bad experience with Aliexpress vender.. Rainbow hair .
Let me just tell you all the hair was bad. It matted when combed, washed & if I sweated. It's like a bird nest gone wrong & it shredded like a dog. And it melted when I used the curly iron & Flat iron. I'll post pictures later.

Maybe I'm over sensitive but the thing that really gets to me about CVs is the BAAAAAAAAD customer service. I get that they are busy and trying to make a little go a long way but I cannot stand it when they are wrong and strong/do not except responsibility for THEIR mistakes/try and cheat you out of your money/refuse to show the slightest bit of flexibility to accommodate the customer's needs.. I have had to file paypal disputes on more than one occasion:
- Jeffrey sent me the wrong hair twice and acted like it was my problem not his
- Roman sent me the wrong hair texture and agreed a refund/exchange, then changed his mind 10 minutes later/then got extremely angry/abusive so i had to deal with it through paypal and that's when he apologized for his behaviour, blaming tiredness and stress
- I have had problems with Kevin re: lying about when he sent hair (saying it was on its way like a week before he posted it)

These are just a few examples! I just want a nice vendor who understands that MY money is worth a little respect and courtesy. They act like i'm paying them with money they loaned me. KMT. Cha!

I tried some BSS Duvessa hair in a pinch when I needed it asap for a one week vaca. Worst ever.

Ive tried KevinCN's Chinese light yaki twice, one time it was amazing and the second time it was breaking and tangling so much I couldn't get myself to try it again.

Luckily, I haven't had any issues *knock on wood* with Jeffrey yet (although one batch he sent me was super brown). The most compliments I've ever gotten was some Jeffrey Chinese virgin body wave hair. He is expensive though, I may have to find a replacement soon.

you try to change buying from another company but it might be the same one again and its money down the drain

aliex hair is cheap for a reason

Invogue Hair Products on aliexpress. They sounded like an okay company with high ratings and all but the hair was awful. Started off with deformed wefts which they convinced me was alright for install and ended with hair being completely matted within 24 hrs of installation. So much for "virgin" hair (srsly, I don't know why they keep saying that and in the same sentence will say the hair has been steam processed for the curl).

It's been almost 4 months since that's happened and I'm still fighting for my refund after they made an appearance on this forum. I made the appointment for her to replace and install the bad hair, I drove all the way from Dallas to Pearland Texas (near Houston) to some fake @zz address. I was finally able to reach her via email (by the way)is the only way to contact her and she had all these apologies which meant nothing because she is yet to do anything about this since Thanksgiving.
