Imo closures don't come bulky. they're flat as is, but you have to have a good braid pattern for the placement of your closure to look flat. Also find out how to work with a closure. It's not a lot of maintenance, you just have to figure out how to work with it. I've tried elastic band, sewing it down, gluing the front down too...I like it better with the band but I also just like it sewn down on the sides and tieing it down in the front with a scarf at night and when I remove it, I bump the hairs in the front so it can come forward and still look flat. 80-90% is good density for a closure. That's what I'm getting from him too. I just hope my knots aren't fkd off as usual cause to me their bleaching technique isn't that great...It's like they just bleach and send it to you. lol still a great closure though

Im planning on getting perucvian straight and I know peruvian tends to be very silky and flat looking but as i said I also dont want it to look too flat just right. LOL do you still recommend that density?

I think your knots are actually a bit over bleached!
That is what's giving it that look. Can be easily corrected tho with some dye the color of the hair and a mascara brush. Lightly comb the dye onto the roots. Oh how I wish. It got to the point where I was cutting knots out on the daily. It would be like a nest when shampoo and conditioner hit it. I don't know what happened, it just gave up one day. Now I'm searching for an AV/CV that can give me that same texture that will last me longer. I tried another CV but it was a huge fail.

I loved my deep wave from roman and as much as I miss it, I'm afraid to order from him again. 4 months in and my closure had bald spots and my hair was tangling. I finally had to just throw it away. *tear* It was lovely while it lasted though. I was hoping it would last me until summer. I have his kinky straight as well but I like curlier textures. i have his cly installed now. I'm kinda done with it (2 weeks in)...the tangling is annoying, it creeps up into a ball when I'm not even doing anything. I've been contemplating ordering something else from him but apprehensive bc of how this batch is acting up...

I got my first order of Roman light yaki along with a closure. At first sight, I didn't like it but I think it's because I've become so accustumed to virgin hair that I thought his "light yaki" was much coarser than what I remembered from other vendors. After shampooing and dyeing it, it looks and feels better so I'm going to go ahead and get it installed tonight.

My "virgin brazilian" hair from Roman also tangles like some cheap BSS hair, no my $12.99 BSS hair never even tangled like this and when I told him about it he had the audacity to try and blame me and said it was the first time he's heard of his hair tangling lmaoo yeaa okaay. Roman is delusional, he will not accept the fact that his hair may tangle.Man had the nerve to say "you dont know hair" Umm no Roman your hair just sucks. roman's cly wefts tangle too much. day two of install had to cut out a small knot in the back. ready to take hair out after 2 weeks. never experienced anything like this before, with bss or with vendor hair -__-

my Malaysian kinky straight is a bit tangly. maybe that's natural considering the length and texture (24"... thinking bout doing 26/28 now!)

for some reason my closure seems bulky to me? it's only like 75% density though... it may be the way I sewed it to the wig.

I need help. I'm ordering Malaysian light yaki straight hair in a natural color (real hair color is a #2) in a 12 inch length. She will be wearing it doobie style and bob style like Taraji P. I am also ordering a closure for the first time. I was asked for the length of the closure and color. I also mentioned that I want to be able to make a side part and was told that they can make the part for me.

This is all for my mother. Her complexion is similar to Will Smith's skin color (maybe a tad bit darker). So, what color should I ask for? Do I ask for a swiss lace closure... is that the best one?

With regard to the length, should I ask for 10 or 12 inches? I think I read somewhere that the closure should be about the length of the weffted hair.

Now, she wants to be able to do a side part at times but not necessarily all of the time so should I ask for a free style part instead of having him make one? 

I asked for a 4 x 4 top closure with 90 - 100% density. Are those specs good for a very realistic look with the yaki hair? Do I need to request for the closure to be light yaki hair?

I saw talk of people requesting a pu to be added. What is that and should I ask for it? 

Last, should I request that baby hair be added to the closure? I am including two links of the type of styles she wants to achieve with no hair left out.
