If they don't pick up, I'm bugging the people on the contact list. With the problem parents the only thing they can say negative is I enforce my rules. I have parents that have clout and give me referrals or have helped me to receive certain credentials/grants because they know higher ups and they don't ask me to flex, bend or break rules. Hell they even give me an extra tip, bottle of wine or some other gift and talk about how underpaid I am. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>So I'll say yes to #3. My husband sometimes think I'm crazy when I say I can sense someone is on some bs. Since I've had my business I've been 100% correct. I had to correct a client with this newfound friend label and correct it to "daycare parent". <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>What I hate is when they ask me for special priviledges and I say no they ask "What's wrong? Everything alright?" </DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>This ish irks me. Ususally when they arrive it's small talk, nothing too deep.
