Congrats to them...I do think she may have had some fertility issues which is not uncommon for many women in their mid 30s. Not only does the egg supply decrease it also becomes more difficult to fertilize. I don't think so. I'm pretty sure this baby is from in vitro. She was actually trying to get pregnant throughout her marriage on the show, but couldn't and played it off like she didn't want any kids at all.

I don't believe Khloe bc in some interview recently she SAID when she would be pregnant...and it wasn't now.  And since her family is known to create scripts and stories for their show and fib, I just think this is another one.
