I tried that mess, it was a waste of like 35 dollars. Could have spent that on food, lol. Idk why people get on pills they are no good. Just eat clean eat more then you normally would so you can get those calories in, get you a good protein shake and hit the weights.]]>

She's the first person I go to for inspiration now and for workout tips. When I saw her doing nothing but weights a lil cardio and some an/core training I was believer. When I first came to this forum I had ordered pills and all trying to gain weight and none of that worked just wasted money. As soon as I saw her proof video from when she was super skinny to where she is now, I was like hell I can do that just gotta be dedicated.]]>

I used to be one of the ppl that thought her butt was fake. But after watching her videos and reading alot about her I am a beliver that her donk is REAL! I do 10 sets of 15 reps. I like to go until I feel that burn otherwise I don't think its working. Im waiting on my weight plate to come through UPS. The weight plate is good for hip thrusts also. I used to be in the army so I'm use to pushing my body to the limit.]]>

Her YouTube channel bodynomics has some useful tips on shakes and weight gain and she has lots of exercise videos and tips. She's great motivation.]]>

Yes I have some before and after pics I'll post and my measurements when I started were, mind now I have fake boobies lol a gift from the hubby, 36D-27-36 start now 36D-29-43. I like to eat so my waist is hard for me to get bellow 27 lol. Weights, weights, weights. The elliptical is my favorite cardio, I do the treadmill every now and then. Ankle weights are a great investment and a 25lb kettle bell or plate weight for squats. I'm 5‛7" and I have a natural mesomorph body type slight pear shape. I'll post the pics today for you. Took me three months going hard 5 days a week, 7 months to keep the results. I'm now trying to get to 45" I give myself a 6 month time frame. Just eat clean, workout, sleep well and enjoy life.]]>

I like to workout in the AM. I usually make my shakes then stretch; do about 30-45 minutes of cardio, then 30 min of weights donkey kicks, I invested in some 25lb kettle bells, lunges, squats, hip extensions, hip thrusts, weighted step ups,butterfly; any lower body  exercise that targets the butt and thigh area. The hip thrust is good for getting that curve in ur back. I switch it up everyday, either legs and cardio, or cardio and flutes, cardio and core, cardio and upper body and back. Straight posture,  vacuum method take a deep breath hold ur stomach muscles u can still breath lol may take some time to master, but posture is key if u don't have that great of posture work on those back muscles. I'm 5`7" and being that small at 135 when I started looked too skinny in my eyes and I liked the way I looked after I had my first child I was about 145 150, after having my baby I got lazy. I lost all my weight and work I put in. I just made myself eat more and workout. I started off slow though, jogging in the mornings and doing some weights. 10lb Ankle weights and a pair of 8lb dumbbells after i got used to that I started going to the gym. You can get the results in three months but to keep them you have to go a whole 6 to 7 months that's with hard work and dedication. Its tough to stay at it but once u start seeing the weight and the muscle toning and your booty growing its all worth it. One of my inspirations for keeping it up was LoLo of improveyourfemalecurves.com seeing her results from where she began to where she is motivated me to keep going. I usually can't eat a big breakfast first thing in the AM so I make shakes with either hemp protein or goats milk protein and berries with almond butter, drink that then go jogging for about 45 min then I'll do 30 min of weights with the ankle weights. Then eat a snack like some trail mix and yogurt and fruit, then lunch veggies some type of meat and pita bread or a salad, then I'll do dinner veggies meat and brown rice or whole wheat pasta. Then its repeat the next day. I try to workout 4 to 5 days a week and the days I don't workout I stretch. Make sure u eat before and after u workout to feed your muscle tissue. A good balance of protein lean meats and veggies is key also plenty of water. I do take saw palmetto and a light dose of maca I use the powders so I can take what I need for my needs. It seems like a lot but once u get on a schedule/regimen its nothing. Just keep at it and just remind yourself that u want the goal weight and booty. And pick realistic body inspirations everybody can't be super thick, its cool to be slim with a nice booty and well toned body. I like Bernice burgos and amber rose those are attainable for my preference. Let me know if I can help u ladies with anything.]]>
