having your period is diffrent from Ovulating... its technically almost the opposite Period your body is releasing the eggs and unused stuff... ovulating is when your egg is most likely to be fertlized...

I don't think its a myth at all. My cycle has definitely gotten toned around by friends and roommates.

Perhaps it was an old wives tale, that for me always rings true. I swear, in college, during the summers with my 2 female cousins, etc. We'd always blame one another for screwing up each other's penis sessions lol. But I would imagine that even if it were a tale, you'd have to be in the same living quarters with the other women. I dont think strippers are around each other enough to have this happen.
