I  also been working out as much as I can lots of cardio and a little weight training.   I have reduced my food intake also.

Don't buy that crap, here are some tips:

White wine mixed with carbonated water.
Don't waste expensive wine on that, medium priced brands work well with that. Very nice in the summer, after a meal or when you're trying to pace yourself.

Gin and tonic

Red wine mixed with diet coke ( the ratio is up to you).
Again, don't waste expensive wine on this.

This is unrelated - when you're drinking vodka, put a couple of coffee beans inside - they give a nice flavour.

yep. i usually drink my vodka on the rocks. but if i add sumthin it would be tonic and a splash/squeeze of lime.
